The Austrian Carbon Cycle Circle (ÖCC²) sustainability manager course with a focus on plastics was launched at the TFZ in Wiener Neustadt at the beginning of February. In cooperation with ECCOStandards & more KG, this course leads to certification in accordance with EN ISO 17024.
Caroline Roithner from PwC Austria guided the participants safely through the sustainability jungle on the first two days with her clear presentation of the complex terminology. The participants in the first round of the course are employees of the companies Asma, Gebauer & Griller, Klosterquell Hofer, Miraplast, Nemeton and Teufelberger and ensured an exciting exchange, which has already been deepened in an online experience exchange round.
The next two training days, which will focus on the legal intricacies of sustainability issues, will be held at Miraplast in Würmla. Lawyer Elisabeth Moser-Marzi will contribute her many years of expertise in the legal basis for EU directives, the Green Deal, circular economy strategies and waste management laws.
