Successful start to sustainability manager training!

In early February, the training course for Sustainability Manager with a focus on plastics by the Austrian Carbon Cycle Circle (ÖCC²) began at TFZ in Wiener Neustadt. This certification, in cooperation with ECCOStandards & more KG, is obtained in accordance with EN ISO 17024.

Caroline Roithner from PwC Austria guided the participants through the complex terminology of sustainability during the first two days with her clear presentation. The participants of the first round of the course are employees from the companies Asma, Gebauer & Griller, Klosterquell Hofer, Miraplast, Nemeton, and Teufelberger, creating an exciting exchange that was further deepened in an online exchange session. The next two training days, focusing on legal intricacies in sustainability topics, will be held at Miraplast in Würmla. Lawyer Elisabeth Moser-Marzi will contribute her extensive expertise in legal foundations for EU directives, the Green Deal, circular economy strategies, and waste management laws.
