Presentation of the results of the “Facts Matter” study

On March 17, 2022, the results of the study “Facts Matter” were presented at Palais Niederösterreich – the first comprehensive assessment serving as the basis for a plastic circular economy in Austria. This extensive material flow study on plastics in Austria was commissioned by our two partners, the Kunststoff-Cluster of ecoplus. Niederösterreich’s Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH and Plastics Europe Austria, together with a prominent consortium. The scope of this study is unique both in Austria and Europe as it examines plastics from producers, processors, and waste management perspectives. A summary of the study is currently being prepared and will be released soon.
